While there are a ton of different questions you will be concerned with answering to prep for your interview, they really all boil down to these 5 two way questions.

They will be thinking, "Why are you here? Why us and not another company?"
You will be thinking: "What does this job involve?"

They will be thinking, "What can you do for us?"
You will be thinking, "What are the top skills you need for a top employee to execute and succeed?"
#3:
They will be thinking, "What kind of person are you?"
You will be thinking, "Do I want to work with these people? Do I like them? Can I see myself working side-by-side with them everyday?"
#4:
They will be thinking, "What differentiates you from everyone else who applied or that we are talking to?"
You will be thinking, "IF we like each other and we both want to work together, how can I persuade or influence them to see there is something unique about me"
#5:
They will be thinking, "Can I afford you?"
You will be thinking, "Can I persuade them to hire me at the income package I need or desire?"
