Nero = 666? The Beast of Revelation Explained

Was Nero Caesar the Beast of Revelation?

In this first episode of a new 20-part series, Jay Rogers breaks down one of the most debated interpretations in biblical prophecy—whether the infamous number 666 points directly to the Roman Emperor Nero.

From Nero’s rise to power at just 17, to his descent into paranoia, violence, and persecution, this episode traces the historical case linking his reign to the “Beast” described in Revelation.

You’ll see:
- How gematria connects “Neron Kaiser” to 666
- Why the 42-month reign of terror aligns with Revelation
- The significance of emperor worship and blasphemous titles
- Evidence from early Christian writers who identified Nero as the Beast

This isn’t speculative futurism—it’s a grounded, historical reading of Revelation that reframes the book as a message to real Christians under real persecution.

If you’ve ever wondered whether Revelation is about the future—or the past—this series is for you.
