Friday Forward – It Will Pass and Micro-Management

On this special episode of the Elevate Podcast, host Robert Glazer reads two more installments of Friday Forward, his inspirational newsletter that reaches over 100,000 people around the world each week. In It Will Pass, Robert talks how a broken trash compacter taught him a lesson in the importance of taking a zoomed out view of life. Then, in Micro-Management, Robert discusses why trying to do everything for the people we lead ends up stifling a team's creativity, initiative and achievement in the long-term.
