“Sanctuary Park” de The Jayhawks es nuestro disco favorito de hoy, un álbum donde Gary Louris y sus compañeros nos ofrecen una lección magistral de lo que mejor saben hacer. Cuarenta años después de su debut la banda de Minnesota vuelve a deslumbrar con una colección de canciones capaces de convertirse en compañeras de camino.(Foto del podcast por Steve Cohen; The Jayhawks)Playlist;THE JAYHAWKS “Keeping our heads above water”THE JAYHAWKS “American midnight”THE JAYHAWKS “It’ll be alright tonight”TEENAGE FANCLUB “Day in the sun”THE GOODS “Summer’s almost gone”ROBYN HITCHCOCK “I am this thing”STEVE WYNN “Make it right”TWISTED TEENS “Javelina”ADAM AMRAM “On the corner”NEIL YOUNG and THE CHROME HEARTS “Casting me away from you”Versión y Original; NEIL YOUNG and COMRIE SMITH “Casting me away from you” (1965)ELI PAPERBOY REED “Like we used to”A.J.
