Ep. 048: Spot and Stalk African Hunting with Stefan Caporaletti

On this episode, I'm joined by Stefan Caporaletti, a Pennsylvania resident who works for Kanati Taxidermy and is a Sitka Gear Whitetail Ambassador. Stefan tells me about how a recent trip to Africa changed his thoughts on what he perceived to be hunting there. We talk about eating the wide variety of wild game, spot and stalking the animals, and some bad luck during the long flight!
