Lauren is deeply passionate about helping athletes midlife and beyond conquer their health, wellness and performance goals. In adulthood, Lauren found that her passion was trail and ultra running. She has conquered distances from 5K to 100 miles and everything in between. She especially loves self-supported adventure running and other outdoor endurance pursuits. When not running or coaching, you can find Lauren backpacking, mountaineering, adventure racing and tackling wilderness survival challenges.
