White House Historical Association Bids on Rockwell Sketches

The White House Historical Association is bidding to retrieve four Norman Rockwell sketches, titled So You Want to See the President!, from an upcoming auction. These sketches, depicting various Americans waiting to meet President Roosevelt, were originally a gift to the White House but are now up for sale due to a family dispute. The association, aiming to preserve American history, is prepared to pay up to six million dollars to bring these pieces back to the White House. DNN | The Daily News Now!
