Tillis Criticizes Trump's Pardons: Seeking Explanations

North Carolina Senator Thom Tillis has publicly criticized President Trumps recent pardons, particularly the ones granted to Democratic Congressman Henry Cuellar and his wife, as well as former entertainment executive Tim Leiweke. Tillis, who is not seeking re-election, questioned the decision-making process and expressed concerns about how these pardons might be perceived by the public. He also sought clarification on who is responsible for making the pardon recommendations and their reasoning. This is not the first time Tillis has publicly disagreed with President Trump, having previously voted against a large bill due to concerns about Medicaid cuts. DNN | The Daily News Now!
