A deadly mall shooting at Triangle Town Center on April 17th left three teens injured after one fired a handgun during an altercation — but no bystanders were harmed. The 18-year-old shooter, Marcus Stephon Neal, later pleaded guilty to two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, avoiding five other charges. He’s now facing 24 months of supervised probation, including 100 hours of community service, counseling, and substance abuse assessments — plus a $50K bond if he tests positive for weed during probation.
