New $100 Fee for Foreign Visitors to US National Parks

Foreign visitors to iconic US national parks like Yosemite and Yellowstone will face a new $100 entrance fee, starting January 1st. This move, aimed at generating park maintenance funds, has sparked concern among international travelers. The fee, part of a new policy, will apply to 11 parks and may deter some visitors. However, a year-long America the Beautiful pass could be a more cost-effective option for frequent park-goers. DNN | The Daily News Now! The world’s first global local news network. Every city.
