Fort Bragg's Christmas Tree Lighting: A Community Gathering

Fort Braggs holiday season kicked off with a festive Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony, featuring a twenty-two-foot tree adorned with red, white, and blue ornaments. General Keith Chad Mixon and children flipped the switch, marking a special moment for service members and their families. Live entertainment, childrens activities, and a visit from Santa added to the joy. For residents like Florina Suarez, these traditions foster a sense of home and community, providing a much-needed feeling of belonging and continuity. DNN | The Daily News Now!
