Durham Students Protest ICE, Potential Operations Loom

Over 200 students from Durham School of the Arts protest against potential ICE activity in Durham, following reports of a possible deployment of 50 agents in the Triangle region. Siembra NC, an immigrant rights group, suggests ICE might return, citing similar flight reservations as a previous operation. Local officials deny formal notification, urging residents to avoid confrontation if any activity occurs. The situation remains uncertain, with no official confirmation from ICE or DHS.
