Duke's Teamwork Beats Michigan State

Dukes basketball team, ranked number four, secured a hard-fought six-point victory over the previously undefeated and seventh-ranked Michigan State Spartans. This win marked Dukes eighth consecutive victory, while Michigan State now stands at seven wins and one loss. The game saw contributions from many players, not just star Cameron Boozer, who fouled out but still helped lead Duke to victory. An unexpected zone defense in the final nine minutes effectively shut down Michigan States offense, allowing Duke to outscore them eleven to five and secure the win. This victory highlights Dukes ability to win against top-tier competition and demonstrates that the team has other players who can step up and make big plays when it counts. DNN | The Daily News Now!
