Drift Coffee Expands to RTP with New Location

Drift Coffee, a North Carolina-based chain, is expanding with its third Triangle location at Horseshoe at Hub RTP. Known for coastal vibes and made-from-scratch meals, Drift offers a variety of hot and cold beverages and a full menu, including a popular bodega breakfast sandwich and lunch options like a chicken pesto bowl. The company plans to open a second Raleigh cafe next summer and begin roasting its own coffee beans in Wilmington in 2026.
