Rebekah is a Registered Nurse, Certified Ketogenic Nutrition Specialist (CKNS), and Certified Primal Health Coach (CPHC) currently completing her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner clinical training. She has coached with Dr Ken Berry's PHD Community, Kiltz Health, Revero, and Clear Path Medical, helping individuals implement evidence-based ketogenic and carnivore nutrition to improve metabolic health and reduce inflammation. She is also the assistant production manager for the documentary Healing Humanity: The Power of a Proper Human Diet.

With years of experience in some of the most respected low-carbohydrate and carnivore communities, Rebekah is passionate about bridging the gap between emerging science and practical application. Her work focuses on therapeutic carbohydrate restriction, whole-food nutrition, behavior change, and empowering people to take ownership of their health through sustainable lifestyle strategies.

She is an army wife, autism mom, and health care advocate.
