502 - The Beaconsfield Mine Collapse - Do Go On

For two weeks in 2006, Australia held its collective breath as a huge rescue effort attempted to save two men (Todd russell and Brant Webb) trapped nearly a kilometre underground at the Beaconsfield Mine in Tasmania. Joining us to hear about this incredible story of survival is our dear friend Evan Munro-Smith!

This is a comedy/history podcast, the report begins at approximately 06:44 (though as always, we go off on tangents throughout the report).
