Summary: In the episode "Time After Time," Sam and Dean investigate a series of mummified bodies in Canton, Ohio. They discover the culprit, Ethan Snyder/Kronos, a god of time who sacrifices people to maintain his power. Kronos is revealed to be in love with Lila, who is unaware of his true nature. Dean travels back to 1944, where he teams up with Elliot Ness to track Kronos. They summon Kronos to the present, leading to a final confrontation. Kronos is killed using an olive branch dipped in blood and virgins. The episode features a creative blend of time travel, mythology, and character dynamics.
