A ballerina's gruesome death kicks off the investigation, leading them to Portland. They discover that the objects, including pointe shoes and a gramophone, are possessed by a leviathan named Joyce, who is using them to take over a town for a research center. Joyce is killed by Sam, but her assistant, George, survives and reveals Dick's involvement. The episode ends with Frank's trailer trashed and him missing, hinting at further complications.
