SIDEBAR: The Suicide Squad

Keeping with the theme of 2021 wanting to undo all the damage of 2016, The Suicide Squad has hit theaters and HBO Max and was a welcome palate cleanser. Listen in as we discuss major story beats, our favorite moments, and things that could have been done better. It is safe to say that this episode is 1/3 dunking on the 2016 Suicide Squad, 1/3 gushing over how much we love Polka-Dot Man, and 1/3 the power of friendship. We also talk about hopes, dreams, and future speculation for how this movie and these characters play into the DC Cinematic Universe.
