FLAVOR TEXT: Arcane: League of Legends

Dive back into Runeterra with us today as we take another trip to Summoner's Rift. Today's FLAVOR TEXT once again takes us into the world of League of Legends. However, this time we are opening it up by offering an overview of the hit 2021 Netflix show Arcane! A story of love, heartbreak, cool hoverboards, daddy issues, and a man who is definitely going to use his technology to make a weapon, Arcane brings us the tragic origin story of two LoL champions: Vi and Jinx while two cities war over independence of each other. Per usual, we've got an Imgur link for you to follow along with (https://imgur.com/a/kBvLTah) while we have a disagreement over how that website is pronounced. Part of the package deal of telling more lore-based stories in the League of Legends' universe includes giving you all, the listeners, some sweet sweet character backstories. Specifically that of: Fiddlesticks, Graves, Twisted Fate, Gangplank, and Miss Fortune. Go read Fiddlesticks' origin story for yourself right now: https://universe.leagueoflegends.com/en_US/champion/fiddlesticks/. LASTLY we wrap today's FLAVOR TEXT by blowing Andrew's mind by exploring the special event/skin stories of PROJECT and Battle Academia in the League of Legends Universe aka future tech champions and Anime Punch School. Special thanks to zhakhix, champion of Summoner's Rift and proud member of #buttthwompnation, for commissioning today's episode!
