Dear Leaders, We're rooting for you! But we also want you to do better. Because when you do better, WE do better. Leading is hard. We get it. Reporting to you is hard, too.And we know that neither of us is automatically taught how to navigate conflict with our people or leaders. That's why we're here: to talk about it.
