02.11.1734: Er war der erste Weiße in Kentucky, bei seinem Tod waren es über eine Million. Daniel Boone war der Jäger und Waldläufer, der den Gebirgspass in den Appalachen entdeckte, auf dem zahllose Siedler ins Indianerland ziehen sollten. Am 2. November 1734 wurde er geboren.
