The Real Reason They're Talking Behind Your Back
Being criticized, mocked, or talked about behind your back stings, and it can make even the most confident leader second-guess themselves. On DarrenDaily On-Demand, Darren Hardy offers a radically different way to read the opposition you face, one that could change how you respond to every critic in your life. Darren takes you back to the moment he relaunched SUCCESS magazine, when the criticism was immediate, almost nasty, and his reputation was on the line. This episode dives into the realization that came out of that experience and how it applies to your own business and leadership. Darren also points to some of history's most transformative figures and what their critics had in common. Then he hands you a simple journal exercise for your three biggest critics. The goal is not to avoid criticism. It is to use it as fuel. Get more personal mentoring from Darren each day. Go to DarrenDaily at http://darrendaily.com/join to learn more.
