That means we can really trick our minds to dream and visualize our goals and with enough intensity we may actually feel the emotions that come along with actually achieving the goal... The feelings behind your goal can motivate you more than actually achieving the goal... We sometimes chase the feelings, and so if we can feel them before you actually achieve it, you can start to feel like you've already done it and make it that much easier to accomplish!
