00:34 - GP Park is looking at some new zoning to turn owned and occupied housing into (maybe) parking. Change is inevitable, but aren't there better ways for one of the region's few walkable neighborhoods?

11:52 - Caribou Coffee is coming to Ferndale

13:40 - Inn Season is closed for good in Royal Oak after 40+ years
