Bill Burr thinks we are taking his words about the Riyadh Comedy Festival and twisting them

From Daily Comedy News with Johnny Mac Daily Comedy News with Johnny Mac

Johnny Mac covers Bill Burr's reaction to the controversy surrounding his performance at the Riyadh Comedy Festival. Despite Burr's concerns about media misrepresentation, he clarifies that the audience included 8,000 citizens and diplomats, not just royals. Burr also praises (presumably) comedian Jessica Kirson for her boldness on stage.

The episode transitions to other comedy news, including Jo Koy's joke about Taylor Swift at the Golden Globes, Taylor Swift's multiple late-night show appearances, and concerns over diversity on SNL after the departure of its only Black female cast member. Additionally, Fred Armisen releases a new sound effects record, and the burgeoning comedy scene in Austin is highlighted.
