Jarren’s Outpost: EE #9 Escalation

The city is at war. The halfling gang war has snowballed into a deadly city wide conflict. Meanwhile Perri and Leo find themselves with the task of not only suriving a city in chaos, but also relocating one hundred gnomish refugees. It's anyone's game.
