New jail footage has surfaced in the Ohio "House of Horrors" child endangerment case.

Elizabeth Siders, Gary Siders Jr., Christina Siders, and Gary Siders Sr. face 16 felony counts after authorities say 16 children were found in severe squalor.

The defense says this is poverty being criminalized. Prosecutors say the conditions crossed a very serious legal line.
