#18 - More Ted Bundy Than Gandhi - The Wasted Potential of Tom Payne

This week, we bring you a man who had the potential to be both a sports, and cultural icon, after he was the first black player on the University of Kentucky basketball team, then moved on to the NBA. Instead, the only thing he contributed to culture was guest starring on an episode of Night Court... and persistent, heinous violence. Let's just say that he's not quite Jackie Robinson. All of this, plus... In Their Own Words, Mistaken Identities, and the Silver Haired Middle Aged Man of the week!! Break the color barrier, pull on your high tops, and go directly to jail with Tom Payne!! Check us out, every Tuesday. We will continue to bring you the biggest idiots in sports history!
