17. Dry Land Distillers and Authenticity-Based Entrepreneurship

CREATIVE DISTILLATION University of Colorado-Boulder professors Jeff York and Brad Werner distill entrepreneurship research into actionable insights. Jeff York | Associate Professor | Research Director [email protected] Brad Werner | Instructor | Teaching Director [email protected] Deming Center for Entrepreneurship | CU Leeds School of Business 303.492.9018 | [email protected] ON EPISODE 17 of Creative Distillation, Brad and Jeff's guest is Nels Wroe, co-founder of Longmont, Colorado's, Dry Land Distillers (drylanddistillers.com). They sample several of Dry Land's fine spirits while discussing the confluence of entrepreneurship, authenticity and the fine art of distilling. That segment flows smoothly (see what we did there?) into Jeff and Brad's breakdown of "The New Food Truck in Town: Geographic Communities and Authenticity-Based Entrepreneurship," a paper by Todd Schifeling, Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Fox School of Business and Management, Temple University and Daphne Demetry, Assistant Professor at McGill University, Desautels Faculty of Management.
