Adam Ellwanger and the Downfall of Higher Education

In this episode of the P.A.S. Report podcast, Campus Reform Higher Education Fellow and Professor Adam Ellwanger sits down with Professor Nick Giordano to discuss the abysmal state of higher education. In light of the recent plagiarism revelations involving former Harvard President Claudine Gay, Professor Ellwanger started a contest to underscore the absurdity of those defending Gay's actions. The conversation delves into the deeply rooted corruption within higher education, as evidenced by the record number of research paper retractions in 2023. The discussion emphasizes the shift from genuine scholarship to ideology and the DEI groupthink mentality. As long as higher education institutions continue to lower standards, devalue merit, and promote advocacy over academic principles, the institutional decay will continue.
