“Send Coach John a message” Awesome start to my day today with Coach Dave on a podcast recording that we did (coming out soon). He got my day started to help me feeling good about some things and he helped me to pile up a few small wins. We all need those & it can start by following through with promises we make to ourselves & following through with those. Got to the gym too.. big time wins for me before noon.
