“Send Coach John a message” Saw a few things about this recently along with hearing it in a few podcasts too - those things that I can control & those things that I can't control. I needed this reminder recently, heck, I need it every day as sometimes I can get worked up about things that I can't do anything about. I think this is something for all of us to refocus on often, as the world seems to do a very good job at telling us what to worry about. Thanks for listening...
