“Send Coach John a message” I’m not sure why lessons from rivers have been a thing lately, but Bob Starkey (@CoachBobStarkey) had a post that deals with both persistence and resilience thoughts all from what a river does all the time. “A river only breaks through rock because it shows up everyday.” Just keep showing up like a river and go around, over, through, under, etc., the “rocks” that we face every day.
