Sony PlayStation 5 Price Hike is INSANE!

Sony is jacking up the price of the PS5 again... $100, $150 and even $200 depending on the model. This is INSANE for a console that's over a half a decade old. RAM is being blamed, but is that really what's goin going on here? It feels like we've reached peak console and gamers are tired of upgrading every couple of years. Especially when the games are lacking.
