Nintendo Just Got SUED by Angry Gamers!

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Nintendo alleging price gouging. Nintendo jacked the prices on their consoles and hardware and blamed tariffs, but now that they're apparently getting a refund... gamers want refunds, too.
