Nintendo and Amazon have a strained relationship because Amazon asked Nintendo to engage in price fixing, which would've violated the Sherman Act and could've landed execs from both companies in big, big trouble. This is according to former Nintendo CEO Reggie Fils-Aimé, and it totally explains why Nintendo products aren't always on Amazon.
