Marvel Comics just suffered a round of brutal layoffs by Disney, and one of the casualties was longtime SVP of sales David Gabriel. He was THE guy responsible for retailer relations and his "getting gone" doesn't bode well for the future of the publishers. Things are definitely going to change -- but how?
