Hollywood Might FAFO with the Paramount Warner Bros Merger...

California's AG has seemingly gotten the hearing for the Paramount / Warner bros merger delayed until next spring. And it could cost the Ellisons millions in fees. Even Gavin Newsom wants it over and done with. Will the Ellisons be willing to "play nice" with the State of California if they think the AG is being malicious? Could they move the whole operation out of state?
