Watson Returns But Falls Short | Cleveland Browns News

Deshaun Watson makes a gritty return to the field after nearly two years away, but his Cleveland Browns fell flat in a 10-point loss to Jacksonville. Despite throwing a TD and completing 16 passes for 205 yards, fans weren’t buying it — booing and calling for a QB change. Watson admitted the offense needs to score more, took responsibility without deflecting blame, and credited the defense for key plays. He acknowledged the emotional toll of coming back from injury and pressure, saying anxiety was motivating — not paralyzing. Though he’s thrilled to be healthy and ready for four quarters, he’ll take the next win against Tampa Bay with open arms.
