Owner Defends Record Despite Struggles | Cleveland Browns News

A football team owner is under fire after a dismal season, refusing to blame himself or his staff despite mounting criticism. He insists the team didn’t perform or coach well enough—but claims he’s not the culprit. His vague praise of “pretty good things” on film has sparked skepticism, especially with star QB Lamar Jackson struggling to translate that potential into wins. Having predicted more than five victories, the team’s failure to meet expectations has cost him bets and alienated fans. With no signs of major changes, the owner remains stubbornly committed to his current direction as the season winds down—leaving fans wondering if this will be a turning point—or just another frustrating chapter.
