NFL insider shuts down talks of Shedeur Sanders starting for Browns amid losing season

Despite trading away veteran Joe Flacco, the Cleveland Browns have kept rookie Shedeur Sanders on the bench, sticking with Dillon Gabriel as their starting quarterback. Gabriel's performance hasn't been stellar, with the team's record standing at 2-6. Meanwhile, Flacco is thriving in Cincinnati, leaving Browns fans to wonder if the trade was the right move. With playoff hopes fading, there's still a chance Sanders could get his shot before the season ends. DNN | The Daily News Now! The world’s first global local news network. Every city. Every story.
