Kevin Stefanski announces major change with Cleveland Browns offense after bye week

**Summary:**In a bold move to revitalize their struggling offense, the Cleveland Browns have handed play-calling duties to offensive coordinator Tommy Rees. After a disappointing start to the season, the team's offense has been criticized for its lack of sharpness and creativity. Veteran receivers, rookie talents, and the offensive line have all underperformed, leaving quarterback Dillon Gabriel to shoulder the blame. With the team's offensive line failing to protect Gabriel and the running game becoming predictable, the Browns are hoping that Rees can spark a turnaround and give their fans something to cheer about as the second half of the season begins.
