Jimmy Horn Jr. Heads to Browns | Cleveland Browns News

Panthers cut Jimmy Horn Jr. after Week 1, hoping to bring him back on the practice squad — but he’s signing with the Browns, where he’ll reunite with former college teammate Shedeur Sanders. The 24-year-old sixth-rounder showed flashes of speed and versatility last season, returning kicks and punts while catching passes — including a fumble that may have influenced his release. Now, he gets a fresh start in Cleveland, even though the Browns already have return specialists; they’re clearly intrigued by his potential as they build for the future — and ironically, he’ll face his old team in Week 3.
