Browns' Wright Extension Boosts Defense, Flexibility

Despite a challenging start, the Cleveland Browns are looking towards a brighter future. General Manager Andrew Berry is focusing on long-term building, and recent draft picks are already making an impact. Defensive tackle Mason Graham is supporting Myles Garretts impressive season, while linebacker Carson Schwesinger is a strong contender for Defensive Rookie of the Year. Former third-round pick Alex Wright, after a promising year, has signed a new three-year, thirty-three million dollar extension, securing his future with the team. This deal is seen as a bargain, and Wrights performance has been crucial in supporting Myles Garretts dominant season. With Wright secured, the Browns gain flexibility to address other areas, like the offensive line, in the upcoming NFL Draft. DNN | The Daily News Now! The world’s first global local news network.
