Browns Sign Linebacker, Prepare for Draft

The Cleveland Browns, despite a winnable game against the Jets and still being in contention, are focusing on the future. They've signed linebacker Cameron McGrone to their practice squad, addressing their linebacking group's challenges. With Carson Schwesinger out, McGrone will wear number forty-eight. The team also has two open spots on their fifty-three-man roster, which could be filled through free agency or by promoting practice squad players. Wide receiver Cedric Tillman is expected to return from injured reserve soon. These moves indicate the Browns' focus on both immediate needs and future development. DNN | The Daily News Now!
