Browns Sign Horn Jr. for Practice Squad | Cleveland Browns News

The Browns are bringing back Jimmy Horn Jr., Shedeur Sanders’ former college teammate, after he cleared waivers — a move that could pay dividends both on and off the field. A sixth-round pick by the Panthers in 2025, Horn flashed potential with 108 receiving yards and 69 rushing yards as a rookie before being cut after a costly punt muff in 2026. Now signed to the Browns’ practice squad, Horn’s chemistry with Sanders and his return specialist upside make him a smart low-risk addition as Cleveland navigates its quarterback room and Deshaun Watson’s future.
