The Browns are expected to draft Fernando Mendoza, a top quarterback prospect, and Carnell Tate, a top-two wide receiver, in the first round. In the second round, they could select Olaivavega Ioane, an offensive guard from Penn State, and in the third round, Austin Barber, an offensive tackle from Florida.
