The Washington Supreme Court struck down Initiative 2066 in a 6-3 decision, ruling the voter-approved natural gas measure unconstitutional for covering four distinct subjects. The measure had passed with nearly 52% of the vote across 34 of Washington's 39 counties in 2024.
