Kathryn (Kay) Ebert of Vancouver was elected first vice president of the International Chapter of the P.E.O. Sisterhood at the Sept. 4–6, 2025 biennial convention in Phoenix, reflecting the group’s 150+ years of supporting women’s education and leadership; her role includes guidance to the P.E.O.
